Answer: You have the choice to receive your commission in your own nominated bank account, in store credits or to donate your profit to the month’s nominated charity. If you choose to receive your payment as store credit, you will receive 50% of the item’s sale price back (instead of 40%) to shop with at Tiny Bear’s Closet resulting in an extra 10% per item sold.
Answer: If you are a seller you will be aware that any clothes you send in to us we ask that you are happy to part ways with. We can not return any items to the seller so any items not sold will become the property of Tiny Bear’s Closet and will be gifted, donated to charity or recycled. Make sure you read our Terms of Service and Preloved seller agreement for further clarification and information.
Answer: The commission is 40% of the clothing item’s price unless the item is priced by Tiny Bear’s Closet as over $50 then the seller’s commission on those items are 60%.
Answer: As a seller you will receive your own identification code which will be marked under all clothes uploaded from you for sale. You can use this code to search in the searchbar under Shop All to find all your items that made it onto the website available for sale.
Answer: Max 40 in one month. A total of 250 items over your 6 months. Then you can choose to keep being a seller or to close your seller agreement.
Answer: No, all contact will be through Tiny Bear’s Closet.
Answer: The seller pays for the shipment of clothes to Tiny Bear’s Closet. Unless the seller is local to the Sunshine Coast and can take advantage of our free pick up service. Just let us know you would like to use this option when applying and all the information will be sent through. The customer pays shipment after purchase unless spending over $79 then shipping is free.
