SHIPPING POLICY
We are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience for your online preloved children clothing purchases within Australia.
Our shipping is through third-party Australia Post with the costs kept affordable to ensure your satisfaction. We ship our orders in plastic-free, compostable shipping mailers from Hero Packaging (on rare occasions this may not be possible) to help do our part of minimising the use of excessive plastic packaging.

We hope you can shop with confidence knowing that your order will be delivered promptly and efficiently.
All orders will be processed within 3 business days. We have designated days when we will send off parcels. We only ship out on Mondays and Thursdays. Allow up to 3-10 business days for delivery within Australia. All of our parcels are tracked and send on standard delivery unless you request Express which is at an additional cost.
We are based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We take no responsibility for deliveries where incorrect details are provided or parcels are left unattended and are lost or stolen as a consequence.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All our items listed on the website are preloved items unless listed with tags. They come from private people who want to resell their items for a commission. Tiny Bear’s Closet organises the items and labels them under our own conditions A, B, C and D. The item’s condition will be mentioned under the item as well as any noticeable marks or defects.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations but we will do our best to be as accurate as possible.
We cannot guarantee how long a clothing item will last once purchased based on the condition we sell it under, as it is impossible to know exactly how many times an item has been used and washed.

We do not offer any returns of items to either sellers or customers.
