Our condition guide, labeled A, B, C, and D, helps our customers understand the quality of the items they're considering. You will find the condition clearly listed under each item on our website, ensuring transparency and trust in your shopping experience.
Condition A, B, C, or D

Condition A: Like new, never washed.
Condition B: The item has been used sparingly and is in very good condition. Please note that the item has been washed and the feeling of the fabric may therefore differ from its new condition in a store.
Condition C: The item has been used and washed multiple times but is still in good condition. A product that could have been inherited from a sibling with pride.
Condition D: The item is more noticeable to having been frequently used and washed. Would be suitable for messy play or as daycare clothes.

Any items with piling, staining or wash fade, will have additional photos provided, along with a warning noted beneath them.
